Clean place with PLEASANT and exceptional staff and pleasant view of the garden and sea front. Marvellous and amazing location in Ligoneri, close enough to the best restaurant in Spetses, private beach and the town centre. Also, in the ocean straight from the sun lounges on the property.

Savoury food, very good service and incredible view of the bay. Location really close to Spetses and the opposite coastal front of Peloponissos as well as the island of Spetses. Plus, really close to Paralia Ksylokeriza.

Overall it was well laid out and reasonably large with a view.

Beds were too hard in this place.

It is a reasonably priced and recently renovated property located in Spetses New Port district very close to the island of Spetses and restaurants bars and beaches. The staff are very professional. The building is very convenient and the rooms are well-equipped with a nice seaview, a balcony plus remarkable views across the water. Best possible and quiet location on the waterfront, you can walk everywhere.

Property was bright and perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

the whole experience was quite comfortable. by and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in ligoneri, had much fun. all the employees were pleasant and welcoming. the service was friendly, the food was nice.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a very nice area, close to a private " beach " that is rather pleasant, the best restaurant in Spetses and the island of Spetses. The restaurant had a lot of local meals for breakfast. Got the same brand-new and well-equipped room with balcony booked online, truly enjoyed that. The staff was competent, best with every request.

Location is fantastic

Breakfast and food in general very poor - little effrot was made to vary the menu brealfast the same every day and very unimaginative with tinned fruit. Given the local fresh fruit this showed a complete lack of interest.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront with a private "beach" that is rather pleasant. The views across the water are absolutely remarkable. The staff provided excellent service, they were friendly and really focused on customer satisfaction. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was also delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day.

All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

All staff extremely friendly and helpful; first stay and if somewhat expensive in comparison with previous holidays on Spetses over seventeen years, enjoyed the nine days' stay. Breakfasts excellent in choice and quality. Would have liked to see the hotel bus in operation more often, especially on arrival and departure, but otherwise very happy with the accommodation and service of staff. Thank you all for your attention to detail.
